Colonial America at Bubb

On Friday May 17 the fifth graders, their teachers, and parents transformed part of Bubb School into the colonial town of WilliamsBubb as the culmination of their year in Social Studies class. Many thanks to all the teachers, staff, and parents who lent a hand. That's three cheers for the American colonists--hip, hip, hurrah! Hip, hip, hurrah! Hip, hip, HURRAH!

CST Testing

State Academic Testing will take place for 2nd – 5th grade students April 29 – May 16. If possible, we ask parents not to schedule outside appointments before noon during this assessment window. Remember that the brain needs a full night's rest, a good breakfast, and lots of water to function well.

Bubb School Site Council

We would like to thank the following outgoing memebers of our Site Council for their two-year commitment and service to Bubb: Stephanie Channing, Julie McGrath and Mark Johnsen. For the 2013-14 school year our memebers will be: Aytek Celik, Alexis Davis, Vivek Joshi, Nancy Panniket, Karen Price, Jamie Ewings, Gail Lee and Alice McNally.

Time to Plan for 2013 WATSA!

Want to meet more Bubb parents in a fun atmosphere while contributing to a great cause? You know you do! So please join the 2013 Walkathon & Silent Auction Team. We need 8-10 more parents to join us to make the event possible this fall. Several soon-to-be 5th grade parents will be in their last year of service and we need some new faces to learn the ropes from them before they're gone. Please email Amy Fazio (bubbwatsa2012@gmail.com) to choose the job that's perfect for you!
